SCTEM: An Organization Devoted to Experiences
The Society for Collegiate Travel and Expense Management provides collegiate staff members with highly focused information to help them manage the unique challenges of their collegiate travel departments. University travel managers and directors, as well as budget directors and executives focused on administration participate in an annual conference and year-round information and education provided by SCTEM and it’s members.

Scalable and Flexible
SCTEM’s web site, developed in the powerful and easy to use WordPress platform, serves as their central basis of communication for all of their members. SCTEM upgraded from an older Drupal web site that was outdated and hard for their team to use. Educational materials, workshops and downloadable information are available from password-protected member areas of the site. SCTEM is able to collect prospective member contact information and distribute knowledge via their integrated MailChimp e-mail services module. Annual conference registration is facilitated from the web site using a web-based SaaS registration system. The site is responsive to mobile devices, a must-have for travel professionals in a university environment. Check it out for yourself here.
