Political Web Site moves to modern site design and incorporates donation, take-action tools for constituent engagement
The Eaton County Democrats had an aged web site that wasn’t adequately serving a modern audience of progressive voters. Eaton County, like many areas of Michigan, needs to boost it’s activity among progressive voters. The Eaton County Democrats had Marketing Acuity craft a new mobile responsive web site built using a framework template and a visual composer interface. This helped a novice web team at ECDC maintain their own site with drag-and-drop features. Marketing Acuity integrated ActBlue, the Democratic party’s action tools for donation and take-action features. Marketing Acuity also linked the organizations’ own MailChimp account to the site to capture the contact info for interested progressive voters in the county.
